PREAMBLE
With the grace of Allah the Almighty God
Cluster Kh. Ahmad Dahlan is a professional organization or association for classroom teachers and subjects, both having the status of civil servants, or temporary teachers, or teacher in a private school that was in an Education Unit, which serves as a means for mutual communication, learning, and or exchanging ideas and experiences in order to improve the performance of teachers as practitioners / agents of change reorientation class learning / education unit.
Whereas in the business of learning, coaching, and educational development in students through delivery of education in the education unit to achieve the goal of national education, the need for cooperation and coordination among teachers, principals, the Working Group Principal, Organizational Professions, College, LPMP , the World Business / Industry, and other related agencies.
Teachers as one of the pillars of education development practitioners are required to have professional competence and ability of a high order that they can dharma devotion in the minds of the people.
To implement and develop cooperation and coordination among teachers / educators, and related institutions / organizations as mentioned above could take place, mismatched and harmony, it is necessary to set up a container that can assist in the task of teachers / educators in the learning process quality.
Based on this agreement, and with the spirit of "Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodho, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso, Tutwuri Handayani", then our teachers Kh. CHAPTER IV
MANAGEMENT
Article 8
Future Leadership and Management Selection
